Andy Almey

A seasoned process improvement expert, Andy’s career spans 20+ years across the retail, supply-chain, manufacturing and construction sectors.
His diverse background has seen him excel in a variety of roles ranging from process transformation to quality improvement and business management.

Andy has worked with an impressive portfolio of leading brands across a multitude of sectors, helping at all levels of an organisation in areas such as Strategy Execution, Store Operations and Distribution.

Driven by a desire to make a real, tangible difference to the clients he works with, he is responsible for key client engagement and strategic partnerships.

Andy holds an MBA in Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University as well as a full Lean Six Sigma accreditation.

Matt joined the Red Jam team in April 2021 as Business Improvement Associate and brings with him a wealth of experience in business and people change management from across the corporate sector.

Matt is an experienced leader in strategy development, business process transformation, operations improvement and complex change programme delivery, with a proven track record of supporting senior business leaders to deliver sustainable change and significant business efficiency.

Scott is experienced in leveraging data, processes and information to solve business problems, Scott can also help to analyse your current IT environment to identify new opportunities to increase efficiencies and reduce cost.

Graham joined the Red Jam team in September 2021 as a Business Improvement Associate and is experienced in getting to the heart of business requirements, identifying problems and waste, and translating them into optimised business processes.

Through leveraging improvement and project management methodologies, Graham can deliver tangible business process improvement and embed them into business-as-usual activities.
